More than 50 doctors, security, and staff were involved in a physical attack that left a Christian man dead in a hospital in Pakistan.  When Doctor Saira started slapping a Christian patient named Kiran Saleem, her brothers came to her rescue, but they were immediately surrounded and beaten. Sunil Saleem, one of Kiran’s brothers, died from his injuries and the others were seriously wounded during the attack.
