Pastor Held Wrongfully as Political Prisoner

On April 21, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Pastor Brunson will not be released unless the United States extradites Fethullah Gulen, a Muslim cleric residing in the United States.  This was the first time that Erdogan connected Brunson and Gulen, confirming that Brunson is being used as a political hostage.
How to Pray: Pray for the presence of God to surround Pastor Brunson and his family, bringing peace, strength, and boldness while he is confined.  Pray for authorities in Turkey to recognize that God is actively working in the lives of Christians and for God's justice to reign in Pastor Brunson’s case.
