Today's been an amazing day as I write to you this evening from Texas.
Why? Because one month ago on March 3rd, Pastor John Cao returned home after his release from a 7-year jail sentence for his faith.
Pastor Cao was always faithful to the Lord despite enduring years behind bars.
In fact, he wrote in his very first post-prison testimony that "I have been separated from you all for seven years, but these seven years have been filled with joy, filled with God’s grace, and everyday God’s special presence has been with me."
Please continue to keep Pastor Cao and his family in your prayers while we rejoice with the Lord about his release.
We just started exclusively publishing a series of John's poems and thoughts on our ChinaAid.org website.
I'd love if you'd follow along with the posts, and I am sure John would be so happy as well.
Thank you again for walking alongside John Cao for so many years and for your heart for those persecuted for their faith.
