Muslims Find Love in Christ
Momina, a Muslim in Ethiopia, was the sole provider for her young son, Mohammed, after the death of her husband. She met two Christian women who shared the gospel with her. Through their persistent witness, Momina came to faith in Christ.

Soon after, the Muslim woman whom Momina lived with kicked her out of the house. Then, her Muslim family members tried to kidnap her son and also refused to help Momina when she was hospitalized for a serious illness. The global body of Christ has provided for her needs, and she is now healthy and active in her local church.

“God has given us a new and loving family,” she said. “The love I received has helped me forget my past sufferings.”

In 2026, the Islamic month of fasting known as Ramadan will occur from Feb. 17 through March 19. During this time — especially on the last day of fasting, known as the Eid al-Fitr — many Muslims pray that Allah will speak to them. As they earnestly cry out to Allah, some have had encounters with Christ.

Will you pray for Muslims this month and throughout the month of Ramadan, Feb. 17 to March 19? Consider writing down a reminder on your calendar or setting a reminder on your smartphone to pray that more Muslims, like Momina, will come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
