Nigeria's Christians

The reality of Christian persecution is staggering. TODAY we're taking urgent action at the U.N.

Christian deaths outpace Muslim deaths 5 to 1 in Nigeria alone. Dozens more Christians were abducted and killed as they worshiped on Easter weekend.

Pastor Dachomo spoke the truth from a mass burial site: The Nigerian government insists there's no genocide against Christians – but tell me, are there any Muslims buried here?

Under the cover of darkness, Islamic jihadists encircle communities – massacring families, raping, looting, and burning Christian homes. Over 7,100 Nigerian Christians were slaughtered just last year.

And while Christians seek refuge from the massacres, Nigeria's Muslim president deflects the blame, providing cover to ISIS-linked terrorists – with his military "help" arriving only after the killers have vanished into the jungle.

This is a genocide against Christians.

We're aggressively working to demand action to save these persecuted Christians. Jordan Sekulow met at the White House and with Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, securing major pressure on Nigeria.

We're taking action for persecuted Christians all across the globe. TODAY we are filing urgent legal reports at the U.N. Human Rights Council on persecution and human rights violations in 13 countries, including across Africa.

These efforts are resource-intensive. That's why we just launched our Double the Difference Challenge to provide the resources we need to respond to dying Christians worldwide. Today have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED to defend Christians. $50 becomes $100; $25 becomes $50.

Time is running out for three pastors suffering for their faith.

A few months ago, Pastor Ezra Jin was ripped from his family, including his U.S.-citizen children, by 30 Chinese security officers. China seeks to crush his church.

Pastor Raymond Koh was abducted in broad daylight by 15 men, and his family still doesn't know if he's dead or alive, even though a court has held Malaysia responsible.

Pastor Mojtaba Ahmadi survived 170 days of torture, fled to Turkey, and now faces deportation back to Iran, where he will face grave danger.

In Pakistan, justice continues to be denied for four ACLJ clients trapped on death row – their trials endlessly delayed at the prosecution's whim.

Our team was just on the ground to represent our client Ahsan – but once again justice was delayed. Ahsan was accused of reposting "blasphemous" images – images originally shared by Muslim rioters. He now faces execution.

Shahzad was falsely arrested as a minor over eight years ago and sentenced to hang on fabricated charges fueled by a violent mob. Our senior legal team just traveled to Pakistan and is working to secure a vital hearing date for Shahzad.

Christian brothers Amoon and Qaisar have spent a decade in squalid death-row conditions waiting for a hearing. If we lose, they will be hanged – and we are still awaiting a new court date.

NEXT WEEK, our legal team will meet with each of our 4 death row clients in Pakistan as we prepare their defense. Pray for our legal team and for these innocent Christians. Stand with us and take action on their behalf.
