Sharing the Love of
Christ in Iran In the midst of war, Iranian Christians are still targets for persecution. Stand with persecuted Christians today.

| The Iranian government is among the most oppressive regimes in the world. Leaving Islam is illegal, and Christians face the constant threat of imprisonment and being falsely charged with “acting against national security” for owning Bibles or even talking about Christ. Amid devastation that has intensified over the past year due to the Iran war, Christians have remained prime targets for a government fixated on silencing their witness to Christ. Iranian Christians face the constant threat of imprisonment and torture. Bibles are illegal, and those who dare to bring God’s Word to Iranians do so at extreme risk. Worship and fellowship must be conducted secretly within small, trusted groups in clandestine locations. Even so, as the war in Iran continues, our brothers and sisters demonstrate the love of Christ to their fellow Iranians. “We want Iranian people that are not Christian to know that we love each other, and we love them,” said Dr. Mike Ansari, an Iranian Christian leader, during a VOM Radio interview in January 2026. (You can listen to that interview here.) Today, many of those who committed their lives to Islam and Islamic rule are filled with despair. This disillusionment has opened new doors for the gospel, which is sweeping across the nation via Christian media and bold evangelists in Iran’s growing house church movements. Bible distribution efforts are also increasingly effective as ongoing conflict draws attention away from them. The Voice of the Martyrs is committed to standing with our brothers and sisters in Iran. VOM provides encouragement, support and training for former prisoners as they rebuild their lives. We also provide discipleship and leadership training for current and future Christian leaders and partner with Bible smugglers who are dedicated to getting God’s Word to believers inside Iran. You can support persecuted Christians in hostile areas and restricted nations like Iran when you give to VOM’s Global Ministry. Your gift will help
