PHILIPPIANS 4:4
“Rejoice in the LORD always; and again I say, Rejoice.”
Living in joy is choosing to celebrate GOD’s grace and goodness and favor toward us. It's taking pleasure in who GOD is for you and me, being confident in who we are in CHRIST JESUS, and seeing others for the joy GOD has set for them even as He rejoices In each of us. The LORD by His SPIRIT instructs our hearts, shapes and molds us in our attitudes and character, and spurs us into righteous action in many ways that honor and please Him. Let us intentionally choose to rejoice in the LORD always…again and again!
Prayer…
Thank you, LORD, for all of your blessings in my life. Thank you for surrounding me with wonderful family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you for giving us the promise of eternity and everlasting life. When I am down or depressed, please remind me of all of the many reasons why I should be thankful and direct my spirit toward rejoicing in You, in the joy-full Name of JESUS. Amen.
