Jeremiah 29:11-13
11-“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12-Then you will call on Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13-You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”
GOD loves you and me. GOD desires our full satisfaction. And HE alone is the true source of full satisfaction. He alone can fully satisfy us. So don't turn aside to the things of this world today. They will only distract us from GOD’s plan for our lives. Life is full of many paths.
No matter which one we take, if we believe and trust Him and His Word completely, GOD will lead us to the good end He has for us. Our loving FATHER understands what it is like to go through troubles in this world. He felt the same pains as us when He came down to earth as JESUS CHRIST. If you ever feel like GOD cannot relate to your troubles because they seem so big, keep in mind that JESUS was tortured and crucified for our sake! No pain is too great for Him to understand because He has suffered the worst.
We should trust GOD to lead our lives right from the very beginning. When we do that, we can avoid some snares and traps along the way. GOD, our loving FATHER has a plan for you and me! He hears our prayers; He listens to the cries of His people, and He answers them in His own time and way; which is a good encouragement to pray and seek Him often. The LORD delights to bless those who diligently seek Him.
Prayer:
Dear Heavenly FATHER, Give me faith, O LORD, during the times I'm weary, discouraged, and beaten down. Inspire me to trust in your great promises. Please give me courage, O LORD, when my faith wavers. Help me obey Your Word no matter how challenging it may seem or how discouraged I may feel. May I be empowered by Your SPIRIT and encouraged by Your Word, in the marvelous Name of JESUS, Amen!
