1 Peter 1:15-16
“But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”
This means that we worship only GOD and we obey Him with our whole heart. Even when we are persecuted, we do our best to live according to His righteous principles and laws. As holy people, we prove by the way we live our lives that GOD’s Word is good and that Satan's accusations are false. We live in a world where two forces are in collision. We have a daily choice to make while living on this side of eternity; between good or evil, right or wrong, truth or lies, JESUS or Satan. Whatever we choose, we must understand that we live for eternity. Eternity with or without GOD. Your daily choices matter.
Prayer:
Holy FATHER, GOD Almighty, I come before you knowing how great the distance is between Your holiness and my imperfections. I thank You for making me holy through the sacrifice of JESUS CHRIST and by sending your HOLY SPIRIT to live inside of me. Please receive my life today as my holy offering to You, in the holy Name of JESUS. Amen.
