Psalm 139:1
“You have searched me, and you know me."

This verse highlights that GOD has complete knowledge of us, yet His love remains steadfast and unwavering. It's a gentle and sweet reminder that our imperfections, shortcomings and vulnerabilities are not a barrier to His love, but rather a great testament to His grace and mercy expressed through the giving of His Son, JESUS.

Psalm 139 emphasizes GOD’s profound knowledge of us, from our innermost thoughts to our external actions. He knows us better than we know ourselves. And despite this complete knowledge, His love for us remains unconditional and unwavering. He loves us not in spite of our flaws, but because of His own perfect and boundless love. Knowing that we are known and loved by GOD, even in our most vulnerable moments, can bring comfort and hope. It can help us to trust in His guidance and provision, knowing that He understands us fully.  May this verse encourage us to reflect on our own blessed lives as we acknowledge and confess our imperfections and vulnerabilities while also rejoicing in the assurance of GOD’s endless love.
