Psalm 103:17 (ESV)
"But the steadfast love of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children's children".
This verse highlights GOD’s enduring love, towards those who fear and reverence Him. It speaks of the LORD’s covenant loyalty, His enduring goodness, kindness, and His unwavering commitment to His people. GOD’s love is eternal, without beginning or end. —“On those who fear Him,” points to the condition for experiencing His steadfast love. Fearing Him signifies reverence, awe, and a deep seated desire to honor and obey GOD. —This verse also speaks of the LORD’s righteousness which extends to the descendants of those who fear Him.
May this Bible verse cause and inspire us to remain strong in the faith despite all the uncertainties of today’s world. In CHRIST, GOD’s steadfast love and His righteousness are promised to those who fear Him as we look forward to the soon return of JESUS CHRIST.
Prayer:
Heavenly FATHER, we thank You for Your love, which is from everlasting to everlasting, on those who fear You. We thank You for your righteousness, which extends to our children and their children. We pray that our family will continue to honor and obey You and remember Your covenant, and walk in your ways. May Your love and righteousness be upon us and our descendants, now and forevermore. We pray in JESUS’ holy Name, Amen.
