PSALM 34:17-18

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). This verse is a comforting promise that GOD is not distant when we are hurting or overwhelmed. In our deepest pain, when it feels like we are alone, GOD’s Word tells us He is right beside us, ready to listen and act. We don't have to pretend to be strong or have it all together; GOD our Heavenly FATHER meets us in our mess and even when it seems like we’ve hit rock-bottom in our faith. The LORD specializes in transforming our brokenness into beauty. Many of us have experienced this promises of GOD. We are not exempt from the trials of life. But our FATHER, through our faith in His Son, JESUS CHRIST, is faithful and good to transform our trials into powerful testimonies for His praise, honor, and glory!!
Prayer
Glorious Heavenly FATHER, You are near to the brokenhearted and save those whose spirits are crushed. I come to You today with a heavy heart, feeling the weight of my pain and sorrow. Please draw near to me, LORD, and let me feel Your presence as my comfort. Hold me together, heal my aching soul, and speak life into my dry bones. I ask that You save me from this crushed spirit and restore me with Your hope and love. Thank You for being my healer and my refuge. In the powerful Name of JESUS, Amen.
