Psalm 34:1 is a verse from the Bible where the psalmist (traditionally David) declares a commitment to continuous praise, saying, "I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth," -meaning he will give thanks and adoration to GOD constantly, regardless of circumstances, as a way of life.

“Bless the LORD at all times, “ isn’t just about happy times; it's about praising GOD in every situation—trials, joys, and everything in between.

“Praise continually in my mouth,” -signifies a lifestyle of worship, where thankfulness and adoration become a constant habit, expressed through words. This psalm, attributed to David when he feigned madness before King Abimelech, emphasizes finding refuge and praising GOD even in distress

TODAY, our focus is on praising GOD always, even in difficulty, to invite His presence and overcome challenges, using the holy scriptures combined with prayers for new beginnings, wisdom, and singular devotion to CHRIST JESUS whom the FATHER had sent to redeem fallen humanity to find lasting peace and purpose for life, letting go of worldly distractions.

GOD inhabits our praises, and by continually praising Him, we invite His presence, which stills the enemy and changes circumstances, even when things are difficult and hard. “I will bless the LORD at all times.”

Think about how you and I can praise GOD today, not just for the good things, but for His unchanging character, acknowledging He can transform any situation.
