A few days ago, the last Mayflower Church family of five arrived safely in the United States from Thailand! Thank you for your prayers and support for this family who just welcomed a new baby several weeks ago. Learn how you can partner with the church as they enjoy a new life in the United States!
Pray for the entire Mayflower Church congregation and Pastor Pan.
Police Storm Zhongxing Church
ChinaAid's media team reported about the May 21st destruction of Zhongxing Christian Church after law enforcement and other officials stormed the house of worship. A ban notice was sent to the church and a seal was placed on the door. Visit ChinaAid's website for photos of the vandalism.
Pray for all members of Zhongxing Church and their persecutors.
Police Detain Christian Teachers
On May 24th, police raided the Shengjia Christian Education and Help Center in Guandong province. Five Christians were arrested as officials confiscated all teaching supplies. Later, each believer was given a 30-day criminal detention. Read the inspiring letter that the wife of Pastor Deng sent to her jailed husband.
Pray for the arrested Christians, their families, and their persecutors.
Human Rights Leader & Wife Arrested
We just learned that human rights lawyer Yu Wensheng and his wife Xu Yan have been arrested on a charge commonly used to target rights activists. Yu represented many human rights lawyers targeted by the CCP over the last several years. Here's a photo of Lawyer Yu and more details about his brave work advocating for human rights in China.
Pray for Yu, Xu, their family, and their persecutors.
