A few weeks ago, I shared Yasin’s* story of faith in Iraq. Yasin has faced threats, social isolation and physical attacks for his beliefs. Around the world, believers like Yasin live in secret. As they follow Jesus—at risk of their homes, lives, and families—they need prayers from Christians like you. “I ask you to pray that God gives me the strength to evangelize to as many people as possible,” says Yasin. “I ask you to pray that God protects my children. Many times, I cried for my children; the persecution really affected them.” Prayers bring security, safety and hope to believers in places like Iraq, Yemen Iran and more where they are often isolated and persecuted by their families, communities and governments. “Amid bombings, hunger and the severe lack of proper medical care and educational opportunities, people here grow weary,” a Yemeni Christian shares. “Pray that God would provide so that we’ll be able to continue to stand with the church in the coming year.” To support these persecuted believers, we’re sharing their prayer requests. Please keep the underground church in your prayers. |

Will you join me in praying for our brothers and sisters who must practice their faith in secret? Will you share their stories and shine a light on their courageous faith? In Christ, |
