John 15:7
“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”

It is extremely important to understand what JESUS means when He says “If you abide in me, and my Words abide in you.” —This means we are to fully submit ourselves to the LORD, His will and His plans, rather than holding on to our own wants and desires. When we allow GOD to work in our lives, we often realize that His plan is much better and greater than ours. While we may think we know what is best for us, our heavenly FATHER has a purpose for each of our lives that is beyond what we could think or imagine. We must come from a position of humility, as we realize that we were created to honor, serve and glorify GOD. Let us daily draw near to GOD through the LORD JESUS and hope in knowing that when we pray according to His will, our prayers will be answered. Through prayer, we can experience the power of GOD and grow in our Christian faith. GOD works graciously in our lives when we give Him our hearts and embrace His will in our lives. Let us abide in Him.

Prayer…
Loving Heavenly FATHER,
I come before you with thanksgiving in my heart, thanking You for allowing me to read Your Word. Thank You for Your mercies and love. May the HOLY SPIRIT draw me near to You and help me abide in Your Word. Thank You for hearing and answering my prayers in JESUS’ glorious Name. Amen!

Drawn To CHRIST,
