MICAH 7:7 “Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the GOD of my salvation: my GOD will hear me.”
“I will look to the LORD.” What a powerful statement! But as for me, I will look to the LORD. I will look to the One who will never let me down. I will look to the One who I can always trust. And I will look to the very One who will always be faithful to me, who will always care for me with affectionate love and great wisdom, who will always uphold me with His righteous right hand, who will lead me and guide me in ways that only He guarantees are ultimately for my good. I will look to the LORD GOD, my ABBA FATHER! It is always worth to wait for His promises to be fulfilled in His perfect time.
Prayer:
ABBA FATHER in heaven, You are our trustworthy LORD today and always. We look to You, we WAIT for You, we trust in You, we rest in You, and we lean upon You alone. You are our ultimate trustworthy FATHER. In CHRIST, You hear us and You answer us. And You promise to help us, lead us, guide us, and protect us. And we can always, depend on You. So we humbly take our place right now and rightfully before You, saying WE ARE WAITING on You, our trust is in You. We are fixing our eyes unto You, and leaning upon You for everything our soul needs. And we trust in Your divine provision, that Your will be done as we patiently wait. Make us, mold us, transform us teach us, and teach us in our waiting. ABBA FATHER, thank You that You never let us down, You are always there when we need You most, in the glorious name of our LORD JESUS CHRIST! Amen.
