Psalm 34:10
"Even the strong and the wealthy grow weak and hungry, but those who passionately pursue the Lord will never lack any good thing.”
Someone can attain the highest achievement or have all the tangible things in the world, however if they are missing CHRIST, they will still come up empty. Each and every one of these people mentioned above will grow weary and hungry and even though on the outside it might seem as though they have it all, on the inside they will be facing lack. --Those who “passionately pursue the LORD will never lack any good thing.” Do you realize you can have nothing, but possess everything, when you have JESUS CHRIST? --This verse doesn’t say you will “never lack any good thing” when you acknowledge the LORD's existence, or pray to Him once a month, but it says when you “PASSIONATELY PURSUE HIM.” --Stop pursuing the things of this world, and start putting all your passions into pursuing the JESUS. When you do, you will never lack any good thing. GOD has a lot of good in store for you, so don’t put your attention on anyone else or in anything else, but HIM who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom from Satan, sin and death!
Prayer:
LORD GOD, thank You for Your promise which tells me that if I seek you, I will lack no good thing. Thank You LORD for redeeming my life, providing for me a refuge, and for the promise of salvation and eternal life in Your Kingdom.
Today I honor You in my life. In the most precious Name of JESUS CHRIST. Amen!
