In the Bible, we see GOD’s good plan for families. Through marriage, He brings men and women together to create brand-new families (Genesis 2:23). He gives children as a gift (Psalm 127:3). And through faith in JESUS CHRIST, the LORD makes a way for all of us to be part of His eternal family (1 John 3:1a).
Family is at the center of God's plan for the happiness and progress of His children. The Holy Bible teaches that God established families from the very beginning, and it shows us many examples of strong families. It also teaches us how to have a loving, happy family.
Prayer:
Gracious FATHER, help us to love each other fervently. Grow our love so deep that it is able and willing to overcome and forgive a multitude of sins and misgivings. Inspire a spirit of hospitality and unity in each of us and enable us to cheerfully share our home. Help us to acknowledge that You have given each of us spiritual gifts to build one another in our faith. May we daily be a source of blessings as we strengthen and encourage ourselves in our daily walk with You. In JESUS’ gracious Name. Amen.
