Praying For The Persecuted This Christmas
All of us at ChinaAid wish you and your loved ones a blessed Christmas and New Year. Please keep our persecuted brothers and sisters in your prayers this holiday season as persecution often increases during this time. The CCP believes many across the world will pay less attention to their abuses during the holidays.

Pray for all those who face persecution across China and all Communist Party members.

Christian's Trial Ends With Questions
ChinaAid's media team reported on the trial of Zhao Weikai of Zion Reformed Church. He's accused of "possessing terrorism and extremism items." Police arrested Zhao after finding documentaries about the Tiananmen Square Massacre and Xinjiang riots. During the December 15th trial, Zhao's testimony was interrupted by the judge but Zhao's wife Li Xin said her husband looked well. The proceeding ended without a public verdict.

Pray for Zhao, his family, Zion Reformed Church, and the Communist officials over his case.

Adopting A Mayflower Church Family
There's still plenty of opportunity to adopt a Mayflower Church family by supporting their day-to-day living and security expenses with a monthly gift and committing to pray for them. Click here to see a photo of each Mayflower family and prayerfully consider spiritually adopting one (or several)! Please also send an email directly to the congregation at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Read the latest on the Mayflower Church's plight in Thailand and 14-year-old Paul Pan's concern for his father in a CBN News article published on December 16th.

Pray for the Mayflower Church, all assisting the congregation, and the CCP persecutors against them.

Wife Of Jailed Christian Seeks Justice
The wife of Linfen Church staff member Wang Qiang was recently informed about the arrest notice against her husband on suspicion of fraud. Wen Huijuan, who is more than eight months pregnant and needs her husband, questioned in a Weibo article how her husband could be accused of fraud for tithing. Fake fraud charges are often weaponized against Christians to justify longer and harsher jail sentences.

Pray for Wang, Wen, their unborn baby, Linfen Church members, and their CCP persecutors.

Bob Fu Speaks At USCIRF Hearing
ChinaAid President & Founder Bob Fu spoke at a virtual hearing on December 14th covering China's religious freedom violations. The hearing was held by the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF). Bob spoke about the Mayflower Church and discussed the techno-authoritarianism the CCP uses against persecuted groups. Read or watch Bob's remarks here.

Pray for all USCIRF Commissioners, staff, and all those who testified at the hearing.

Media Appearances

  • Watch Bob Fu Report #41 to hear an overview of how COVID-related protests are affecting life in China and see a powerful interview with Shi Minglei, wife of jailed activist Cheng Yuan, about forced labor in Chinese jails.
  • Bob Fu sat down with VOM Radio to discuss a "new wave of testing for persecuted Christians."
