Pastor Jin Mingri blocked from travel
On July 5th, Beijing Zion Church Pastor Jin Mingri was blocked from leaving China to reunite with his family in the United States, even though officials told him that a five-year travel restriction had ended in March. Our report on Pastor Jin's faithful leadership of Beijing Zion Church that led to harsh persecution.

Pray for Pastor Jin, his family, and their persecutors.

709 Crackdown - 9 years later
July 9th was the 9th anniversary of the '709 Crackdown,' where officials summoned nearly 300 lawyers and rights defenders, with nine people eventually being tried in court. Read how ChinaAid hosted a powerful summer camp in 2022 for family members of those persecuted, with eight baptisms!

Pray for all those affected by the brutal 709 Crackdown.

Pastors detained beyond legal limit
Linfen Covenant House Church Pastor Li Jie, and Han Xiaodong have now been detained for nearly two years since their arrest in August 2022, without a trial. Their wives attempted to visit Judge Jia Jing in Linfen City on July 3rd to learn about the case progress - here's why they were unable to meet with the Judge.

Pray for Pastor Li, Han, their families, and the officials over their case.

Elder Zhang Chunlei denied bail
Elder Zhang Chunlei, who mysteriously was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis while detained, despite no previous liver-related issues, was denied bail. The detention center has still not arranged a medical examination for Elder Zhang. More on the harsh persecution against Elder Zhang, including an unfair 'fraud' charge.

Pray for Elder Zhang's supernatural healing, and for his persecutors.
